2. Data We Collect
- Identification data: first name, last name, email address.
- Contact data: phone number, postal address, city, country and postal code.
- Transaction data: order history and amounts paid. Credit card data is processed exclusively by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected via cookies.
3. Purpose of Processing
- Processing and fulfilling orders placed in the store.
- Sending order confirmations and shipping updates by email.
- Managing your user account if you choose to register.
- Complying with applicable legal and tax obligations.
- Improving the browsing experience through website usage analysis.
4. Legal Basis
- Contract performance: processing necessary to manage your order.
- Legal obligation: retention of invoices and tax data.
- Consent: use of analytical cookies (withdrawable at any time).
- Legitimate interest: technical diagnostics, security, stability and improvement of Jarvy, subject to the necessity and balancing checks required by the GDPR.
5. Data Retention
Order data is retained for 5 years to comply with tax regulations. Account data is retained while the account is active and for 1 year after deletion. Browsing data collected via cookies is retained for a maximum of 13 months.
6. International Transfers
We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe operates under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and applies the appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR.
7. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access: request a copy of your personal data.
- Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: request deletion of your data when no longer necessary.
- Restriction: request restriction of processing in certain cases.

8. Cookies
We use technically necessary cookies for the store to function (session, cart) and analytical cookies to improve the service, always with your prior consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing cookies in your browser.
9. Jarvy technical diagnostics
When you use Jarvy, the software may send Alicantecno technical and diagnostic data used to identify errors, measure response times and improve the assistant's stability and accuracy. This data may include the Jarvy version, language, input type, detected intent, locally sanitized interaction text, sanitized response, execution times and general technical system information.
Jarvy applies local and server-side filters to remove or mask passwords, API keys, tokens, email addresses, IP/MAC addresses, usernames contained in paths and other recognizable sensitive data. Audio recordings, attachments and the full contents of imported documents are not sent. Each installation uses a random identifier that is not derived from hardware serial numbers.
The data is used exclusively for diagnostics, security, maintenance and improvement of Jarvy and is operationally retained for a maximum of 90 days, unless a longer period is required by law. Where processing relies on legitimate interest, Alicantecno applies the necessity and balancing checks required by data protection law.
